PrideCraft collects the information you choose to submit so that we can respond to enquiries, assess service needs, prepare requested proposals and maintain business records.

Contact, business and service-needs information submitted through this site. Do not submit passwords, tax-portal credentials or sensitive financial documents through an ordinary web form.

Use and sharing

Information is used for the stated enquiry and related administration. It may be processed by contracted hosting, email and business-system providers subject to appropriate safeguards. It is not sold.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only as reasonably required for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business administration. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing zama@pridecraft.co.za.

Security and complaints

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission is risk free. South African data-subject rights and complaints may also be directed to the Information Regulator.
